Adjuvant advises disease philanthropies and foundations supporting medical research on management of their grant-making and investment activities. This work includes due diligence and project management of specific funds dedicated to support early-stage and translational programs. Adjuvant oversees the development of the contracts with the companies or research institutions and also provides follow-on support as these grantees or recipients of funds move to the next stage of their development. This work has included the management of the first-ever partnership fund between a major disease philanthropy and a pharmaceutical company to fund a range of promising early-stage programs. Adjuvant also advises its corporate clients on access to philanthropic funding sources.
